Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Franchisee Acquisition

Identify, source, and qualify prospective franchise partners through leads, events, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle: inquiries, presentations, evaluations, financial assessments, and due diligence.
Conduct discovery calls, franchise orientation sessions, and business opportunity meetings.
Lead negotiations on franchise terms, commercial expectations, territory allocation, and agreements.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, agreements, and onboarding requirements.

2. Franchise Revenue Generation

Generating revenue from the acquired franchisees as per target.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, legal) to ensure a seamless franchise operations.
Provide initial hand-holding support to help franchisees achieve early-stage revenue milestones.

3. Franchise Demat Acquisition

Ensure timely opening of DeMat accounts through franchisee
Driving DEMAT Account numbers of the franchisees.
Conduct periodic business reviews and provide guidance on growth strategies and process improvements.
Ensure franchisees are profitable.

4. Revenue Growth & Network Expansion

Identify opportunities for territory expansions, new formats, or additional outlets for existing franchisees.
