Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers
Set and monitor credit limits, terms, and policies
Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with company guidelines
Oversee the collections process and reduce overdue accounts
Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams
Prepare periodic credit reports and review financial statements
Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations
Conduct field visits when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience as a Credit Manager or in a similar credit control role
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in
Telugu
(spoken & written) is mandatory
Good command of English and Hindi preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong understanding of financial documents, risk assessment, and credit processes
