Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Jalpaiguri. The Territory Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, fostering strong relationships with micro-entrepreneurs, and ensuring the successful distribution of services and products. The role involves coordination with internal teams, monitoring performance metrics, resolving any operational issues, and identifying growth opportunities within the territory. The Territory Manager will also implement strategies to maximize efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Distribution Networks, Supply Chain Management, and Local Market Dynamics
• Analytical capabilities with expertise in Performance Metrics, Risk Management Tools, and Problem-Solving
• Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Proficiency in Technology for Mobility and Online Payment Solutions
• Willingness to work on-site in Jalpaiguri and travel across the assigned region
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in financial inclusion programs or working with rural communities is a plus
