Territory Manager - EIL

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for EIL products in the assigned region
• Build and maintain relationships with education institutions to generate leads and increase business
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends
• Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell EIL products
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of EIL applications
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to achieve targets
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the education loan market and products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
