Job Summary

As a Territory Manager - EIL, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Education Institution Loans (EIL) in the assigned territory. You will be required to build and maintain relationships with education institutions, such as schools, colleges, and universities, to generate business for the bank. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the assigned targets for EIL in the assigned territory.
• Identify and approach potential education institutions to promote and sell EIL products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education institutions to generate business and ensure customer retention.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth processing of EIL applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns raised by education institutions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements to the management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the education sector and its financial needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
