Territory Manager

We are hiring a results-driven and proactive Territory Manager to oversee sales operations, build strong customer relationships, and ensure sales targets are achieved within the assigned geographical area. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Create Master Outlet.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Address customer complaints, queries, and feedback effectively and in a timely manner.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the territory.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
• Team Management (if applicable):
• Lead, motivate, and train sales representatives or field executives in the territory.
• Monitor team performance and guide them to achieve their individual targets.
• Operational Duties:
• Ensure timely stock availability and manage inventory levels efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales or territory management (FMCG/Pharma/Retail preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
