Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle
collections for 4+ bucket delinquent cases
across assigned territory, ensuring target recovery is met.
Manage collection agencies
: onboard, train, monitor performance, and ensure productivity as per set KPIs.
Conduct regular
reviews, audits, and visits
to agency locations to ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
Identify chronic and high-risk accounts and initiate
legal actions
in coordination with the legal team.
Monitor field executives performance (both internal and agency) to improve recovery effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to RBI & internal compliance guidelines during recovery processes.
Collaborate with the skip-tracing team for tracing absconding customers.
Propose settlement strategies (PDR, one-time settlement) for difficult-to-recover accounts.
