Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of recovery agents to achieve recovery targets.

- Recovery Operations: Oversee business loan recovery processes, ensuring efficient and effective recovery strategies.

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate loan repayment.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement recovery strategies to maximize recovery rates.

Requirements:- Experience: 6-12 years of experience in loan recovery, collections, or a related field, specifically in business loans.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with business loan products, recovery processes, and regulatory requirements.
