Cluster Manager - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver on collection analytics as a practice and capability - work with large structured and transactional data to build a robust collection analytics framework across products and the collection life cycle, from current bucket to write-off stage.

Develop well-defined strategies for collections of delinquent loans, including segmentation, prioritization, effective channel strategy, forecasting, simulations, and building strategies to improve business performance.

Analyze historical data and provide a suitable framework to guide the collection team.

Analyze data to identify emerging customer trends and strengthen relationships with existing analytics partners to leverage capabilities.

Identify areas of weakness, recommend solutions, and support the collection team to achieve targets.

Scan the environment and stay up to date on emerging trends globally on collection analytics, and build use cases.

Analyze the current environment and collection trends, and provide improvement solutions.

Collaborate with the collection team to understand requirements and provide solutions to their needs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, business partners, IT partners, and senior management.

Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to achieve operational goals for the function and the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

EducationMBA in Finance or Statistics graduates preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in medium to large size Banks or NBFCs.

Experience in analytics, statistics, or model building.

Relevant, substantial experience in analytics using tools such as SAS, SQL, or R.

Familiarity with both small and large ticket business support is an advantage.

Strong presentation s.

Knowledge of the high-ticket finance operating environment is an added advantage.

Effective verbal and written communication s.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
