Industry : Mortgage NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) Key Responsibilities: Drive the business strategy for assigned territory and grow the market share across channels (Direct, DSA, Referral Partners, Developers and Bank) Develop and implement business strategy to drive growth and revenue. To manage hiring and train team members Manage and motivate team to achieve business objective To derive optimum productivity from the team. To adhere to Compliance & Policy governance Key Requirements: 1. Education & Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 -10 years of sales experience 2. Other Skills : Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
