Job Overview:

We are looking for a Territory Business Executive to join our Herbal Healthcare Business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within their designated territory. They will play a crucial role in promoting our products, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service to Herbal Retail and other relevant outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with Herbal clinics, Retail Stores, and other potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions other Territory Business Executive.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.

3. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Product Promotion and Marketing:

• Implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and demand for our products.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.

Qualification:

• B.E, B.Pharm, D. Pharm(with Minimum 1 year Experience) BA, B.Com can apply
• Experience in Pharma Marketing are Prefer
