Terminal Manager

Oversees all daily operations of a transportation terminal to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Core responsibilities
    Operations oversight: Supervise all terminal activities, including loading, unloading, and dispatch of vehicles or equipment.    Staff management: Hire, train, and schedule terminal staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.    Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, and enforce security protocols.    Logistics coordination: Plan and coordinate schedules, manage the movement of goods or passengers, and handle any delays or cancellations.    Customer service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high standards of customer service are met.    Financial and administrative duties: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate operational and staff records.
