Job Description: Commodity Management Services (CMS) Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Professional Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end operations in commodity handling, agri warehousing, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in agri-commodity management, business development, and warehouse operations. Experience Required: 3-5 Years. Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Key Responsibilities Manage the operations of multiple agri warehouses ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Monitor and control storage, quality checks, inward and outward movement of agri commodities (grains, pulses, oilseeds, etc.). Coordinate with procurement and trading teams for inventory planning and dispatch. Build and manage relationships with farmers, FPOs, aggregators, traders, and institutional clients. Ensure accuracy in documentation including stock registers, MIS reports, delivery orders, and weighbridge slips. Drive business development by onboarding new clients and identifying commodity-based opportunities. Handle licensing, commodity insurance, and statutory compliance for warehousing. Supervise warehouse staff and provide training on quality standards and process efficiency. Prepare and share Commodity Health Reports (CHR), stock audit reports, and customer-wise billing. Resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, commodity damage, and customer grievances. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Agri commodities and warehousing operations. Experience in agribusiness and commodity lifecycle management. Proficient in business development and client servicing. Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and reporting tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of FSSAI, WDRA, and other statutory compliances. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple warehouses.
