Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ranchi for a Tendering Manager. The Tendering Manager will oversee the end-to-end tendering process, including preparation, submission, and monitoring of tenders. Key responsibilities include analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information, identifying procurement opportunities, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The Tendering Manager will actively engage with stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure project targets are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management, including tender preparation, submission, and monitoring processes.
• Experience in Procurement and Sales to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Knowledge and skills in Project Management to coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of tender documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the infrastructure and engineering sectors in India and globally is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for tender preparation and management.
