Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Ops Trainee. The position is based in Ahmedabad. The HR Ops Trainee will assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including employee documentation, maintaining employee records, and managing HR databases. The role involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and recordkeeping
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus
• Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
