Job Title: Tendering & Costing Specialist Location: [Hyderabad] Job Type: [Full-time] Experience: [4 to 8 years] Interview Availability: Walk-in Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Tendering & Costing Specialist with hands-on experience in ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management Systems) . The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, developing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating across teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze RFPs/RFQs, technical specifications, and client requirements. Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals. Develop accurate cost estimates for projects including material, manpower, and equipment. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, legal) for bid inputs. Track tender status, maintain documentation, and respond to clarifications. Work on post-tender evaluations and assist in pricing negotiations when needed. Required Skills: Strong experience in tendering and costing , preferably for infrastructure or smart city projects. In-depth knowledge of ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management Systems) . Proficiency in cost estimation tools and advanced Excel functions. Excellent understanding of technical documentation , commercial terms , and contract compliance . Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in cost and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field. Experience with government or large-scale public infrastructure tenders is a plus.
