The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, developing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating across teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze RFPs/RFQs, technical specifications, and client requirements. Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals. Proficiency in cost estimation tools and advanced Excel functions. Excellent understanding of technical documentation , commercial terms , and contract compliance . Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in cost and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field. Experience with government or large-scale public infrastructure tenders is a plus.
