Tender Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Tender Manager with experience in electrical tender preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. The candidate should be capable of independently handling online tender submissions, documentation, and coordination across various government portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage technical and financial tenders for government projects (e.g., CPWD, PWD, etc.).
• Submit and manage tenders on portals like GEM, EPROC, IREPS, and other government platforms.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting for tender projects.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and bid documentation.
• Coordinate tender submissions with internal departments and external agencies.
• Liaison with authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance and approval.
• Preferably experienced in tenders related to the lighting or electrical industry.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of government tendering processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with online tender portals (e.g., GEM, EPROC, IREPS).
• Go-getter attitude, strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude with a minimum 2-year stability in the current/previous organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
