Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage

  government & PSU tenders

  via

  GeM, CPPP, and state portals

• Perform

  eligibility analysis

  and take go/no-go decisions
• Prepare and review

  technical and commercial bids

  with 100% compliance
• Independently handle

  GeM bidding and reverse auctions

• Coordinate with

  sales, technical, finance, and OEM partners

• Manage

  EMD and PBG end-to-end

• Handle

  pre-bid queries, corrigendum, clarifications, and negotiations

• Maintain

  tender tracker, MIS, and documentation

• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Guide and review work of

  junior team members

  , if applicable

Requirement:

• 4–6 years of experience in

  government tender management

• Strong hands-on experience with the

  GeM portal

• Proven experience in

  GeM bidding & reverse auctions

• End-to-end handling of

  EMD & Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG)

• Experience with

  technology-based tenders

  (IT / GPS / IoT / telecom preferred)
• Excellent documentation, compliance, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a

  high-pressure, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Background:

• Fleet management / GPS / telematics / IT system integration
• Security services, facility management, or other govt-focused industries with tech exposure
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
