Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GeM Portal Executive who can independently manage end-to-end government tender activities on the GeM portal and other e-procurement platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in tender searching, bid preparation, submission, reverse auctions, and post-tender follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete operations of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
• Search, evaluate, and apply for relevant government tenders
• Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, and compliance documents
• Manage product catalog listing, pricing updates, and order processing on GeM
• Participate in and manage Reverse Auctions (RA)
• Coordinate with internal departments for documents, pricing, and approvals
• Track tender status, results (L1/L2), and manage post-bid follow-ups
• Ensure timely bid submissions as per tender timelines
• Maintain tender records, MIS reports, and documentation
• Handle EMD, PBG, and other tender-related formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working on GeM Portal (mandatory)
• Knowledge of CPPP and other e-tendering portals
• Strong understanding of government tender procedures & documentation
• Ability to prepare BOQs and compliance files accurately
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online portals
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing / pharma / ayurvedic / FMCG / government supplies
• Candidate who has handled minimum 10–15 GeM tenders independently
• Immediate or short notice period preferred

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
