Job Description

We are currently expanding our project portfolio and seeking a detail-oriented Tender Manager to support our business development and bidding efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and identify relevant government/private tenders (e-procurement portals, newspapers, etc.). Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and financial bids. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, including documentation and formatting. Liaise with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal) to gather necessary inputs for bids. Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up on status. Handle online tender portals like GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc. Assist in vendor registrations and pre-qualification processes. Track tender deadlines and manage timely submissions.
