Key Responsibilities: Spot and assess tender opportunities that fit our services Prepare and submit winning proposals on time Build strong ties with government and key stakeholders Represent us at official meetings and industry events Drive new business in the solid waste management sector Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration, Waste Management, or a related field 5 to 8 years of experience in tender filling and business development, specifically with government projects Skills: Proficient in preparing tender/bid documents and proposals Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities Attention to detail, multitasking Familiarity with procurement portals and bidding systems Willingness to travel frequently to project sites Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
