Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive cum Sales Coordinator Location: Navi Mumbai – Nerul Experience: Minimum 4 Years Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred About the Company:We are a leading company in customized packaging solutions, proudly serving our clients since 1999. With a strong presence in the industry, we focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Handle online tender portals including GeM, Railway, eProcurement, and Mahatender. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements. Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of required documents. Maintain and update tender documents and records. Follow up with customers and departments for updates, clarifications, and documentation. Generate sales quotations, proforma invoices, and coordinate with the sales team. Assist in sales reporting, order tracking, and customer communication. Manage correspondence (verbal and written) in a professional and timely manner. Required Skills:Proficiency in GeM, Railways, eProcurement portals, and Mahatender. Working knowledge of Tally Prime. Strong follow-up skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure with accuracy. Additional Information:Female candidates preferred. Should be able to join immediately.
