Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings Present products/services to potential customers and close deals Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit performance reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or daily reporting systems Preferred candidate profile 2 years of experience in direct/field sales or business development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Strong negotiation and convincing skills Willing to travel for client meetings (if required) Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Language proficiency as per job location (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, English) Own vehicle preferred
