We're looking for a detail-orientated and proactive tender executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process—from identifying tender opportunities to preparing, submitting, and tracking bids. Your role will be crucial in helping the company secure new projects and grow its business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse tender opportunities from government portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, state e-tenders).
• Study tender documents (RFP, RFQ, BOQ, GCC) to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, accounts, legal) to collect necessary inputs for bid preparation.
• Prepare and compile complete tender documents including technical and financial bids.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders through online/offline channels.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits (if required).
• Maintain tender records and track bid status and outcomes.
• Prepare reports on tender progress, success rates, and upcoming opportunities.
• Ensure 100% compliance with eligibility and documentation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in tendering or bid management.
• Familiarity with online e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, eProc Rajasthan, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-orientated with good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the infrastructure, engineering, or geomatics sector.
• Knowledge of government procurement policies and documentation standards.
• Understanding of BOQ analysis and basic cost estimation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
