Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals, ensuring that all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
• Review tender documents to ensure compliance with client specifications, legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, project management) and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure all requirements are met for tender submissions.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing tenders, including deadlines, requirements, and the status of submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, technical proposals, and other required documentation, working closely with relevant teams.
• Conduct research on new tenders and opportunities in the marketplace, tracking upcoming projects that align with company capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenders and submissions, generating status reports for senior management as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, bid documentation, and contract management. Familiarity with procurement software or systems is a plus.
• Must have handled Technical Products.
• Ability to review and compile large volumes of documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all tender specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing tender submissions.
