Role Overview: You will be joining the Sales Team as a Tender Executive in NamanHR, where your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of the tendering process. This role requires you to identify relevant tenders, prepare tender documents, and ensure compliance with requirements to secure contracts efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities through various channels like online portals and client inquiries. - Review and analyze tender documents to understand project requirements accurately. - Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, technical, legal, and finance to gather necessary information. - Prepare comprehensive tender documents that comply with all requirements. - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and track industry trends. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information for proposals. - Maintain a database of upcoming tenders and procurement opportunities. - Coordinate the client engagement process, attend meetings, and prepare proposals within timelines. - Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client requirements. - Communicate with clients and prospects to clarify requirements and address queries. - Maintain accurate records of all proposal submissions, outcomes, and feedback. - Generate reports on business activities and results for management. Qualifications: - Any Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in tendering, proposal preparation, or a similar role within the consulting industry. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tendering software. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Knowledge of industry-specific tendering regulations and best practices is a plus.,
