JD for Tender Assistant / Executive.

1. 1.Searching the Tenders: - Daily search the Tenders for our scope of work from many Govt. Organizations, Tender providing Agency Websites.
2. Taking Approvals for participating in the Bidding Process.
3. Prepare the requisition
4. Purchase the Tenders
5. Reading & Analyzing the Tenders.
6. Read the Tender Document & prepared the Checklist is as below:
1. Understand the Submission Schedule & Procedure.
2. Understand Qualification Criteria for making documentary proof while submission.
3. List of Documents to be required while submission of Tenders.
4. List of Annexures.
5. Understand the different clauses mentioned in the Tenders.
6. Techno-Commercial Queries
7. Inter Departmental Communication for tendering process
8. Pre-Bid Meeting: - Prepare authorization letter & attend the Pre-bid Meeting with the Pre-Bid Queries & Tender Document.
9. Prepare Technical Bid documents.
10. Tender Bid Opening Process
11. Notary Work: - Arranging & printing the technical documents for Notary work
12. Prepare BOQ: - Prepare the Bill of Quantity in Excel File & forward the same to the seniors for prepare costing of the Project.
13. Prepare & Submission of the Tenders: - Compile all Technical & Financial data required for the respective tenders & submit the same whether it is online or offline submission.

Desired Candidate Profile required Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong time-management and organizational skills

2. Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time

3. Well-developed negotiation skills

4. Ability to handle MIS

5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS office, PPT

6. Min Exp of 3-4 Yrs in Govt tender and familiar with online tender submissions.

7. Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred Industry - LED Lighting.
