Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage safety projects across industrial clients, technical support for sales to onboard the project and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
Provide support in developing and analyzing cost structures for industrial and process safety services and also coordinating with Subcon to deliver the service.
Conduct process safety, Electrical, Fire Safety audits, Safety audit as per IS 14489 and having fair knowledge on OSHA, ISO, IEC standards.
Perform hazard and risk assessments, Technical studies including HAZOP, LOPA, HAZID, QRA SIL, Arc Flash Studies etc.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, auditors, and Sales..
Ensure compliance with local and global safety regulations and certification requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial/process safety, with at least 3 years in a Techno commercial role.
Strong knowledge of
ISO 45001

OSHA, PSM
,
IEC 61511
,
IEC 62305
and other relevant standards.
Proficiency in safety tools & Softwares (PHA Pro, DNV SAFETI, DNV PHAST etc.).
