• Mentor junior writers and collaborate with technical teams to extract and articulate complex technical information.
• Conduct thorough research on client requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic proposal positioning.
• Analyze and interpret intricate technical details, translating them into compelling and tailored proposal content.
• Manage and enhance a comprehensive library of proposal content, continuously optimizing reusable technical specifications, case studies, and reference materials.
• Tailor and customize content to meet the specific nuances of each client engagement.
• Foster collaborative relationships with subject matter experts, engineers, and project managers to gather and validate technical information.
• Facilitate proposal review sessions, integrating input from diverse stakeholders.
• Oversee the adherence of proposals to client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and completeness of proposal content.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Proposal Writer in a technology-focused environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, showcasing attention to detail. A good understanding of complex technical concepts, project management, and a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior writers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and technical documentation standards.
• Experience with proposal management software and version control systems.
• Good knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
