Role Overview

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organizations IT infrastructure. This includes servers, networks, operating systems, hardware, and software. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of systems while providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
  • Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Administer firewalls, antivirus, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
  • Ensure system security through regular updates, patches, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Perform regular system audits and maintain documentation of IT assets.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on IT tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support.
  • Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support business needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with firewalls, data backup/recovery, and IT security practices.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

ERP:

Role Overview:

  • The ERP Manager will oversee the implementation, administration, and optimization of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role involves managing ERP projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring system integrity, and driving process improvements to align business operations with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with business units to analyse requirements, design solutions, and ensure ERP modules meet organizational needs.
  • Manage ERP upgrades, patches, and system integrations with other business applications.
  • Oversee system security, user access management, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize ERP system utilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain ERP documentation, including configurations, workflows, and procedures.
  • Lead ERP-related projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Continuously assess system performance and recommend process improvements or automation.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for customization, support, and enhancements
