Experience: 1- 2 Years

Qualification: Any graduate in Computer Science stream

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization



• 
  

  Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues



• 
  

  Strong Oral Communication Skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language



• 
  

  Multitasking skills to assist multiple employees at once



• 
  

  Perform Regular Backup Failure Monitoring with existing management tools and implement appropriate processes on failover procedures



• 
  

  Making sure all desktop applications, Patches, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions



• 
  

  Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems



• 
  

  Responsible for assisting Teams with antivirus (Cortex) related issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring their systems are protected from malware and other security threats



• 
  

  Install, configure third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines.



• 
  

  Basic Ideas of server Cluster, SCCM and Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS and Google cloud and office365.



• 
  

  Provide training as required.
