detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track new tender opportunities through government portals (GeM), e-procurement sites, and private tender platforms.
• Study and analyse tender documents.
• Prepare and compile complete tender documentation as per guidelines
• Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and compliance teams for required inputs
• Ensure accurate pricing, documentation, and timely submission of bids
• Handle online tender submissions and maintain tender records
• Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and post-submission requirements
• Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BSc, MSc preferred)
• Experience in tendering/bid management
• Knowledge of Government & E-Tender portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.)
• Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online portals
• Close attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare/pharma/institutional sales
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory documentation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
