Key Responsibilities: Bid Search & Opportunity Tracking: Regularly monitor tender portals like IERPS, GeMs and notifications to identify relevant business opportunities. Maintain a database of tenders and update the management on potential bids. Tender Documentation & Compliance: Study tender documents, scope of work, terms, and conditions. Prepare compliance checklists and ensure all requirements are met. Collect, compile, and organize documents from various departments for submission. Maintain records of submitted bids and related correspondence. Bid Preparation & Submission: Prepare tender proposals, technical documents, and financial bids as per requirements. Ensure proper formatting, accuracy, and compliance with tender guidelines. Submit bids within the given timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders for pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and amendments. Coordination & Communication: Follow up with concerned departments for timely inputs and approvals. Ensure smooth handover of awarded tenders/projects to execution teams. Reporting & MIS: Prepare reports on tender status, bid pipeline, and win/loss analysis. Maintain systematic records of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.  Budgetary Quotation (BQ): ·        Prepare budgetary quotations as per client requirements. ·        Ensure all quotations are accurate, clear, and as per requirements ·        Follow up on BQs sent to customer       Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of tendering, bidding, and budgetary quotations Proficiency in Excel and railways e-tender portals. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Attention to detail with ability to work under deadlines.
