Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze tender opportunities from international platforms and government portals.
• Prepare, compile, and submit bids for international tenders in accordance with the tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, legal, finance, and technical) to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements including eligibility criteria, pricing, formats, and submission deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of tender submissions, results, and feedback for future reference.
• Track tender progress and respond to post-bid queries or clarifications.
• Establish and maintain relationships with international vendors, clients, and government agencies.
• Monitor changes in tender regulations and keep the team informed about updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with international/foreign tender management.
• Strong understanding of tender documentation, procurement processes, and global compliance standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender submission portals.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
