Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Tender Identification: Identify relevant GEM tenders and opportunities for HVAC systems and solutions. 2. Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and technical documents in response to GEM tenders. 3. Technical Evaluation: Evaluate tender requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications. 4. Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing strategies to win bids. 5. Client Communication: Liaise with clients, understand their requirements, and provide technical support. Required Skills: 1. GEM Portal Knowledge: Familiarity with the GEM platform and tendering process. 2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and technologies. 3. Bid Writing and Proposal Development: Ability to write compelling bids and proposals. 4. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
