Tender Executive

Job Title: Tender Manager

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 3–7 years (adjust as needed)

Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Commerce/ Technical field Job

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate relevant government and private tenders across platforms (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals, etc.)

Review tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, etc.) and analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and submission requirements

Coordinate with internal teams (finance, technical) to gather required documentation and input

Prepare and compile tender submissions including technical and financial bids, ensuring compliance with guidelines

Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission

Track bid progress and respond to pre-bid queries or clarifications , (Reverse Bid mandatory )

Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded bids, and performance metricsLiaise with clients and government departments regarding tender outcomes and follow-ups Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in tendering, bidding, and documentation processesKnowledge of e-tendering platforms like GeM, CPP Portal, NIC, RA Bid etc.

Strong coordination, time management, and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines Preferred:

Experience in sectors like Safety and security service. Familiarity with tender compliances, EMD, BG, vendor registration processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,065.29 - ₹29,457.80 per month
