Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Thane. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing tender processes, preparing and submitting tenders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role also involves analyzing tender documents, conducting market research, and liaising with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tender management, tender preparation, and compliance skills
• Online & offline tender search
• Online & Offline tender participation
• GeM portal tender search & participation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Follow up with departments for EMD for Purchase orders, EMD refunds & payments

• Experience in the Diagnostic industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
