Job Summary

We are seeking a Tender Executive with a strong science background, preferably in the biotech field, to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and submit tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal for our range of biotech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the requirements of tenders related to our range of biotech products.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
• Check tender online, preparation of bid submission on the GeM portal within specified deadlines.
• Coordinate with our product and technical teams to gather necessary information.
• Contribution to cost and price calculations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Tech./M.Sc./B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in tender preparation and submission, particularly on the GeM portal in biotech field or within the biotech industry or biomedical equipment manufacturing industry. (Interested Fresher candidates with biotech background can also apply)
• Skills: Tender-portal operations, quotation preparation, strong negotiation & presentation, proficiency with ERP Next/CRM and MS Office.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
