We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Journey Manager with our company, Han Digital Solution (P)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams to achieve exceptional results As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality solutions
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs
Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize results
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity
Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams to achieve exceptional results
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Experience working with Temenos or similar platforms is an added advantage
