We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers eager to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow scripts to ensure consistency and quality in communication.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
