We are currently hiring a Customer Relation Executive-tellecalling to join our team in Urakam, Thrissur Females only . The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. You will be expected to resolve customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers is essential, as is understanding their needs and recommending suitable services. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records and collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
