Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven telecallers to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads, set up appointments, and provide information about our real estate offerings to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle client inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and generate interest in real estate projects.
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
  2. Client Communication:

    • Engage with prospective clients to introduce them to current real estate projects, investment opportunities, and property options.
    • Answer client inquiries about property details, pricing, and location, and provide accurate information.
  3. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Schedule site visits or meetings between potential buyers and real estate sales executives.
    • Maintain a proper schedule and follow-up on client appointments and meetings.
  4. Data Management:

    • Update and maintain client records in CRM software or spreadsheets.
    • Keep accurate notes of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
  5. Target Achievement:

    • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversions and appointment setups.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business goals.
  6. Customer Service:

    • Address and resolve customer queries or direct them to the relevant department.
    • Build strong relationships with potential buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)].
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets and trends is an added advantage.

LOCATION : SEC 58 GURGAON , GOOD EARTH BAY 1

WORKING DAYS : MONDAY TO SATURDAY

TIMINGS : 10AM to 6:30PM

SALARY - 25K to 35K
