Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote wedding services and venues.
Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain and update client databases regularly in CRM systems.
Explain company services, packages, and offerings clearly to clients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the sales and planning teams.
Understand client requirements and share relevant options with the partnerships or planning team.
Convert qualified leads into meetings or confirmed bookings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through courteous communication.
Coordinate internally with venue, partnership, and planning teams for smooth client experience.
Prepare and share daily/weekly calling reports with the manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller / inside sales / client service executive.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
Prior experience in weddings, events, or hospitality sector preferred.
