Job Description

Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential vendor partners across categories (venues, catering, photography, decor, etc.) Assist in outreach campaigns to onboard new suppliers through emails, calls, and social platform Support the partnerships team in maintaining and updating vendor records and CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and listing of new suppliers on the platform Prepare performance reports and summaries on supplier engagement and campaign progress Help manage communication and relationship-building efforts with existing partners Track and report vendor feedback and escalate issues to relevant team members Assist in organizing vendor events, webinars, or partnership promotions Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to support strategic decisions Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving vendor experience Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field Strong interest in the wedding, events, or hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and digital tools (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Google Workspace) Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently Previous internship or project experience in partnerships, sales, or customer service is a plus
