Role & responsibilities The candidate should be excellent/professional in English and very eager to learn the subject matter. Retrieve and gather necessary documents from clients. Learn about the product and services of the company. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Maintaining daily call records. Submitting daily progress reports Engage in role-playing and practice Enhance communication skills Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Negotiate with clients and give them the best deals. Retrieve and gather necessary documents from clients. Organize and assign documents according to the established process flow. Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner. Address clients communication related to taxation for both new and existing clients. Handle customer clarifications and primary escalations. Obtain client confirmation for the accurate and timely filing of their tax returns.
