Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Process Name: Samsung (Outbound Sales)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our Samsung Outbound Sales team. If you're confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the worlds leading tech brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Samsung products.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

  • Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and enhance satisfaction.

  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Graduate (any stream).

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Shift Timings:

  • Boys: Rotational Day Shift (up to 9:00 PM)

  • Girls: Rotational Day Shift (up to 7:30 PM)

Salary Structure:

  • Freshers: 22,000 In-Hand / 27,000 CTC

  • Experienced: 23,250 In-Hand / 27,000 CTC

  • Perks: Attractive Incentives based on performance

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week

  • Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
