Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic, articulate, and persuasive female telesales professional to engage with prospective investors, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to effectively present investment opportunities, products, and financial offerings over the phone.

This role plays a key part in building investor confidence, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development and investment teams through proactive outreach and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential investors and clients to present financial and investment products.
• Build rapport with prospects, understand their investment preferences, and provide relevant information or proposals.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings or demos with the sales/investment team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and investor interactions.
• Support campaign activities, promotional drives, and investor engagement events.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, investor onboarding, and after-sales service.
• Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets while maintaining high professionalism and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, clear, and pleasant telephone manner.
• Basic understanding of financial products, investment schemes, or banking processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good computer skills and proficiency with CRM or lead management tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
