We’re Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive Location: Malgotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HSR Layout, Bangalore Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM About the Role: Malgotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Relationship Executives to join our team. The role involves engaging with existing users of our mobile application and encouraging them to leave reviews on the Play Store. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with existing customers or app users. Politely request users to share feedback and reviews on the Play Store. Meet weekly and monthly review targets. Maintain a record of customer interactions and responses. Share user feedback with the internal team for improvements. Requirements: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are a plus. Strong convincing ability and a customer-friendly attitude. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or support roles preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
