Our approach is centered around providing appropriate and suitable financial solutions for each customer. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Telesales Team Lead. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a telesales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include team management, sales strategy planning, performance monitoring, and training team members. The Telesales Team Lead will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of communication within the team and with customers. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Team Management and Leadership experience Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet targets Ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Previous experience in telesales or related field is preferred Ability to work on-site in Jaipur Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
